Some say that he who is late to a party, either misses all the fun, or enjoys himself more than anyone else. If trading tsipouro is the party, then we in AIOLOS will have the time of our life, as we had the patience to wait until we find the most suitable partner. Tsinas family had all the features we were looking for: knowledge and focus on what goes in the bottle, rather than on creating impressions. The production is based on privately owned vineyards, organic cultivation and great effort to keep low yelds. Tsipouro Meteoro is as thrilling in taste as we expected – while its superb bottle was a bonus for us. It does makes sense! Terroir sculpts characters, and there is no space for mediocrities under the shadow of Meteora.
