Giaconda

Giaconda is one of the most special wineries around the world. When Rick Kinzbruner was moved to Beechworth in 1993, everybody thought he was mad, as no one had ever planted vines there before for top quality wine making. Ten years later, Giaconda wines are so popular that the producer sells about 90% of the annual production through his website, while very few bottles are sold in selected markets. Wines far and above the typical Australian style. Whites can age for a decade or more, while reds develop as long as you can hold them back.
